Dear participants,

Just a few details about the conference venue place – UNIVERSITY OF ZADAR.

The University is spread on few locations in the city. The conference venue place will be set around the area of Old campus building (Obala Petra Krešimira IV.). We have prepared a map showing important locations on the area of Peninsula (old part of the city of Zadar). Call for Applications for master and doctoral students and post-doc students (Habilitierende)

From October 1 to 5, 2018, the Southeast Europe Association (SOG) will hold its 57. International University Week / Internationale Hochschulwoche. The cooperation partner is the Akademie für Politische Bildung in Tutzing. The International University Week is one of the SOG`s most important events addressing younger scientists (master and doctoral students as well as those working on a Habilitation) from the German-speaking countries, from Southeast Europe and the wider region of Europe.

Déjà Lu 6

Issue 5 of Déjà Lu has now been published on the World Council of Anthropological Associations (WCAA) website–the biggest issue yet, with 42 articles from around the anthropological world. Déjà Lu (“Already read”) is an initiative of the WCAA that aims at pluralizing the dissemination of anthropological knowledge on a global level.

Co-editors are Gordon Mathews (Hong Kong Anthropological Society), Lía Ferrero (Colegio de Graduados en Antropología de la República Argentina), and Joy Owen (Anthropology Southern Africa).
